Returns & Exchanges


We will be happy to return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.  Please contact us as soon as possible at info@luxohomeboutique.co.uk and we shall let you know where to post your item back to.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return postage fees and we recommend that you use a tracked service.
Please ensure your item is returned to us unused, in the condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.
Please let us know of any damages to your item within 48 hours of your delivery.
Unfortunatley we are unable to grant a refund or exchange if:
The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery; or if
A damaged item is not reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
